CLASSES from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

  1. Join Brian Lutz (Adjunct Professor, Illustration; 2023 MFA Fellow) for an exciting glimpse into his drawing process through an interactive, mixed-media portrait drawing demo. Materials will be provided, come ready to roll your sleeves up and draw!

  2. Discover some basic techniques to add to your watercolor painting skillset with Carol Schwartz (Assistant Professor of Illustration; Faculty Trustee) while painting a spring inspired collection of flowers.

  3. Ever wonder what goes into designing and selling your own stationery products? Join Cindy Lau (Adjunct Professor, Visual Communication Design) to make your own printable monthly calendar as you learn about product creation and packaging design.

  4. Pinch your cares away! Join a meditation on embodiment through clay during this workshop with Stephanie Lanter (Associate Professor, Ceramics). We will explore your relationship to touch and simple processes to create the most fundamental human form: the bowl. 

  5. Printmaking with Jonathan Herrera Soto (2023-24 Koopman Distinguished Chair in the Visual Arts) - details on class session forthcoming
